I agree with the author that one of the ways in which distress cities like Camden can fully capitalize, is to leverage and maximize the local multipliers within the city by reducing the leakages of resources outside the city while increasing the degree to which these resources circulate internally.
It is a good entry for impact investors, but also an ideal business opportunity for venture capitalists.
