It’s that time again. Tomorrow, the Latin American Economic Development Association (LAEDA) will be hosting Dine Around Friday, an event that supports local restaurants by hosting a fixed price lunch. This month, Dine Around is heading back to San Lucas. I’m happy to say that the Office of Civic Engagement here at Rutgers is running a free van to the event, and that some of my students have been reaching out to offices and organizations on campus to bolster attendance.
