One of my favorite Camden organizations, the Student Leaders from St. Anthony of Padua church sent along a couple of notices about upcoming events. This group has been an inspiration for me, showing how youth can be powerful advocates for communities and the city. After successfully advocating for lights in Von Nieda park, they’re continuing their efforts there with a clean-up:
For residents of Camden, I know Student Leaders are looking for leadership both at the youth and adult level. Please consider attending their strategy session the day before. Hope you can make it out.
