Just to clarify: the Abbott decisions brought universal preschool to Camden nearly 15 years ago. We already have it!!!! The difference is the superintendent is looking to get 100% enrollment, which is only possible if we take away parents’ rights to choose if their children attend. We are currently at about 90% of the universe enrolled in preschool in Camden
