A few weeks ago in my Local Knowledge class a guest spoke about the historical power of buying local. She argued that this was both an economic tool and a way to have your voice heard.
One thing I constantly hear when I talk about Camden is about historical roots to the city. So much of the South Jersey area is populated by families that have roots in Camden and generally have good will towards the city. LAEDA has given an opportunity to turn that goodwill into simple, powerful and economic action.
